GLASS FIBERS ( CSM , WOVEN ROVING, DIRECT ROVING)
Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) is made up of chopped strands of glass fibers laid randomly and held together with a binder or stitching. Chopped Strand Mat is designed to cover a wide range of layup techniques. It easily conforms to molds and has fast wet out properties
Use with polyester, vinyl ester resin systems in hand lay-up or closed mold applications including automotive parts, boats, chemical tanks and pools.
COBALT (ACCELERATOR)
Cobalt is a fundamental accelerator used in conjunction with organic peroxides to cure unsaturated polyester systems. Radical polymerization will be initiated as a result of rapid decomposition of the organic peroxides.
PIGMENT PASTE

METHYLE ETHLE KETONE PEROXIDE (MEKP)/ HARDNER
MEKP is a organic peroxide having active oxygen 9% it used as hardener for both Polyester and Vinyl Ester resins. As a starting point for most resins, MEKP is added at a ratio of about 1.5% (2.5% for Flowcoats and Gelcoats). Obviously the amount will need to be adjusted depending on working time required, temperature of the day and humidity. MEKP is a clear liquid.
